Women's Live Fit Program
A FREE participatory program for WOMEN who Live Fit or want to Live Fit.
We welcome ALL Women!!
Whether a walker or runner, beginner or advanced - Join us and we'll help you LIVE FIT for a great cause!
During the month of October, for every woman who participates in a Tuesday, Friday or Saturday workout
Fleet Feet will donate $1 to Gildas Club for each woman who participates in a Fleet Feet group workout - in honor of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The Live Fit program is completely FREE and includes:
* A Women's Live Fit Diva Night Kickoff Party Wednesday, October 1st and 2nd from 7-8:30PM at Fleet Feet with refreshments, Fitini's and treats, plus in-store discounts and bra fittings with our Bra Fit Specialists. You don't need to go to both nights - we are offering both evenings to provide more options for joining us.
If you plan on attending Diva Night please RSVP here.
* For every woman that attends Diva Night we will donate $1, plus an additional $1 for each bra sold. You can attend either night, no need to attend both. We wanted to offer two nights to aide in your scheduling.
* Tracking of workout attendance so you know how much money you helped raise for Gilda's Club. For each workout you participate in we will donate $1 to Gilda's Club - in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
* FREE group workouts
* E-mails on special group activities and happenings, plus a Facebook Group if interested
* Fabulous women to workout with and commiserate with all October long
* The program begins October 1st, 2008 through October 31st, 2008. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
* The program is not only a way to help support the Breast Cancer cause, but to help you Live Fit.
* To join simply attend one of our workouts or the kickoff party and you are automatically in.
Our Fleet Feet Group Workouts are held:
- Tuesdays at 6PM - Hills Workouts (This is anywhere from 3 - 8 Miles depending on speed and distance)
- Fridays at 6PM - Happy Hour Run/Walk (This is a 3 or 4 mile run/walk around Brighton)
- Saturdays at 8AM - Carb Run/Walk (This is a 5 to 10 mile run/walk around Brighton) Runners you can go longer if you choose. The course will be provided Saturday Morning.
All workouts start and end at Fleet Feet Sports
