Winter Yoga
Classes begin Sunday, January 22nd 

Commitment: 6 weeks, Sundays starting January 22nd 12:30pm - 1:30pm  (January 22nd, 29th, February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)

Cost $60.00 through January 17th on January 18th the fee increases to $70.00 

Let us help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga sessions. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine. It is a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength. The 60 minute class meets on Sundays from 12:30PM - 1:30PM @ The Armory.

What to expect: This yoga class is taught by Sunni Ingalls and is intended to introduce you to power yoga. This 60 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in an effort to restore balance. You will learn various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose. Before closing out practice, we will take savasana, a restorative pose which allows the mind and body to relax and reintegrate.

Please bring your own yoga mat and block.
