Let us help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga sessions. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine. It is a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength.This 60 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in an effort to restore balance.
Time Commitment: Sunday, 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Cost: $65 through October 11th on October 12th the fee increases to $75.00
Length: 6 week sessions; 60 minute classes
Location: Community Room @ The Armory. On Sunday, Nov. 19th class will take place in the gallery space.
Fall Yoga Dates: Sunday, October 15th, 22nd, 29th, Sunday, November. 5th, 12th, 19th.
What to expect: This yoga class is taught by Sunni Ingalls and is intended to introduce you to power yoga. You will learn various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose. Before closing out practice, we will take savasana, a restorative pose which allows the mind and body to relax and reintegrate.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and block.
