WalkFIT Beginner

Commitment: 11 weeks (offered spring, summer, fall)
Current Fitness Level: inactive

WalkFIT Beginner is perfect for those who have no desire to run, but still want to be active and healthy. A supportive and trained coach will help participants adopt a regular walking routine and assist them in meeting new fitness partners along the way. Participants will be encouraged and prepared to walk a 5K at the end of the training program.

Start Date: Wednesday, October 4th @ The Armory, 6pm

Schedule - Please note that you can attend all 3 workouts or 2! We will have a 5K workout on Tuesday and Wednesday. 
Tuesdays at 6pm at Ridgeway 
Wednesdays 6pm @ The Armory 
Saturdays 7:45am at differed local parks

Graduation Information: Rochester 5K

Cost WalkFIT 5K: Early bird registration fee $100 until September 29th. On September 30th, the fee increases to $110. 

Refund Policy: Sorry, no refunds after Saturday October, 14th. All refunds are partial. ($20.00 administration fee deducted from original price paid)
