Summer UrbanFIT Session III begins Monday August 15!

Mondays & Thursdays at 6pm


Challenge yourself with a 60 minute total body workout! This innovative workout blends running with strength training while using the great outdoors - no fancy gym equipment needed! We'll incorporate stairs, hills, benches - and who knows what else! If we can think it up, we'll do it!

All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be shown.

Locations: Weekly locations will rotate between Cobbs Hill Park, Highland Park and High Falls (and Pub Run locales)

  • 8/15: Cobbs Hill Park (Meet behind the basketball courts)
  • 8/18: Cobbs Hill Park (Meet behind the basketball courts)
  • 8/22: Highland Park (CANCELLED)
  • 8/25 AT 6:15PM: At Hose 22 (Pub Run Night) - 56 Stutson StRochester, NY - Enjoy post workout fun, suds and socialization at Hose 22
  • 8/29: High Falls (Pont de Rennes Pedestrian Bridge)
  • 9/1:  High Falls (Pont de Rennes Pedestrian Bridge)
  • No Workout Labor Day 9/5
  • 9/8: Cobbs Hill Park (Meet behind the basketball courts)
  • 9/12 & 9/15: Highland Park
  • 9/19: High Falls (Pont de Rennes Pedestrian Bridge)
  • 9/22: At Char @ The Strathallan (Pub Run Night) - 550 East Ave, Rochester, NY - Enjoy post workout fun, suds and socialization at Char
  • 9/26: Cobbs Hill Park (Meet behind the basketball courts)
  • 10/3: Cobbs Hill Park (Meet behind the basketball courts)

*Monday, September 5th we will not meet, instead we have scheduled the last UrbanFit for 9/26 at Cobbs Hill Park

Options:  Choose between a six or twelve class bundle. The twelve class bundle will allow you to take part in all 12 classes; while the six class bundle allows you to choose any 6 workouts from the 12 being offered.

Cost: $50 for the six class bundle; $90 for the 12 class bundle.
