Challenge yourself with a 60 minute total body workout! This innovative workout blends running with strength training while using the great outdoors - no fancy gym equipment needed! We'll incorporate stairs, hills, benches - and who knows what else! If we can think it up, we'll do it!
Time Commitment: Monday and/or Thursday, 6pm - 7pm
Cost: $50 for the six class bundle; $90 for the 12 class bundle.
Length: 6 week sessions; 60 minute classes
Location: Weekly locations will rotate between Cobbs Hill Park, Highland Park and High Falls (and Pub Run locales)
Options: Choose between a six or twelve class bundle. The twelve class bundle will allow you to take part in all 12 classes; while the six class bundle allows you to choose any 6 workouts from the 12 being offered.
