Join The Fleet Feet Sports Endurance Team as they take you through the ins and outs of trail running. Learn the technical aspects of the sport, trail etiquette and most importantly, experience a great workout! This is great for those who want to refine their trail running skills, as well as those that are new to trails and want to learn the ropes. And as if that isn't enough... it's FREE! All paces are welcome!
All Thursday workouts are an educational 3ish miles and take you into the Grove in Cobbs Hill Park. Topics include uphills, downhills, spotting/sighting, trail etiquette, and more!
All Sunday workouts are 3-5ish mile marked courses that explore local Monroe County Parks. Take the skills you have learned and put them to the test!
