Learning to live a healthier lifestyle involves eating healthier and also committing to becoming more active. We know its hard to find a fitness plan that works for you or where to even start. But that is why we are here! Over the next 12 weeks, for the first time in Ton of Fun history, we will be offering "taster" workout opportunities just for you!
Our workout will model a beginners Endurance class led by Kerri Crandall! No matter your fitness level, our workout will be fun and a great opportunity to meet other people in the program. If you've never done something like this, don't worry, Kerri will have modifications for all poses and ease you into new movements. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you!
