My name is Kathy and I coach the Beginner WalkFIT 5K Training Program. I have been coaching with Fleet Feet Sports for about 1 year and prior to coaching I was a mentor for WalkFIT. In the past I have completed a variety of Fleet Feet Sports Training Programs including the No Boundaries Learn to Run 5K, WalkFIT, Ton of Fun Weight Loss Challenge, Winter Warrior, and Yoga. My favorite YellowJacket Race is the Fleet Feet Sports Summerfest race. Which is the graduation race for this summer session of training! My favorite places to walk around Rochester are the canal in Pittsford and Genesee Valley Park and the canal in Greece. One interesting face about me is that I love a good challenge!
