The Learn To Run 5K program is designed to guide you safely and effectively into running, while learning valuable information on healthy living. Perfect for people who don't run at all, have a hard time starting, or are unsure of what to do. This program starts out walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for a 5K (3.1 mile) race. Sponsored by New Balance.
Start Date: Wednesday, June 28th, 6pm @ The Armory
Locations: Fleet Feet Sports @ The Armory, Fleet Feet Sports Ridgeway and various locations throughout Rochester, including Durand Eastman Park, Charlotte, Webster Park and Mendon Ponds Park.
Class Format: 2 weekly coached and mentored workouts. Please note on Wednesday we are switching between the Armory store and the Ridgeway store. See dates below for Wednesday workout locations.

Graduation Race Information: Rochester 5K
Cost: Early bird registration fee $100 until June 23rd. On June 24th, the fee increases to $110.
Refund Policy: The final day to receive a partial refund is July 9th, 2017. Upon refund request, a $20 administrative fee will be deducted from the original price paid.
