Maggie Quinn's passion for understanding and nurturing the human psyche blossomed while studying psychology at University of Colorado Boulder. Along with furthering her studies at the Ford Institute for Transformational Training, Maggie is also a certified instructor in countless forms of fitness training including Body Combat, Yoga, Spinning, Core and Stability, Circuit Training, and more. An American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer, Maggie has devoted her the past 10 years to continuously expanding the wealth of her knowledge and training in order to better serve others in reaching their maximum potential.
Maggie's extensive experience as both a life coach and personal trainer has found her working with large and small groups, cancer survivors, families, youths, teens & one to one adult training. Rest assured that she can and will help you reach your personal best!
