The finish line. It's a defining moment in the life of anyone who has crossed it. You can train with us to be part of the greatest events in Rochester all year long! Not racing in Rochester? You can train with us for other half and full marathons, too!

If you're serious about training for and completing a half or full marathon, join the region's premier training program that has helped thousands of runners & walkers reach their goals! Our trained coaches offer the support and motivation needed to keep you going. With 16 different pace groups and 4 different training options, a speed only option and/or a long run only option there is a program suited for every participant - whether this is your first marathon or you're trying to qualify for Boston.

13.1 Finish - Beginner Half training perfect for beginners that have never run a Half Marathon and are on the lower end of the required base mileage. Required base mileage 10 – 12 miles per week. This program meets Thursdays at 6PM for Speed Workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30AM for Paced Long Runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands on coaching.

13.1 Fast - Advanced Half training for those who have already completed a Half Marathon and are looking to improve performance and speed. Required base mileage 13 – 15 miles per week.  This program meets Thursdays at 6PM for Speed Workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30AM for Paced Long Runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands on coaching.

26.2 Finish - Beginner Full training ideal for the runner who has never completed a Full Marathon, and is on the lower end of the required base mileage. Required base mileage 20 – 25 miles per week.  This program meets Thursdays at 6PM for Speed Workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30AM for Paced Long Runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands on coaching.

26.2 Fast - Advanced Full training designed to help those who have already completed a Full Marathon, but want to improve their performance and speed. Required base mileage 20 – 25 miles per week. This program meets Thursdays at 6PM for Speed Workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30AM for Paced Long Runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands on coaching.

Speed Play: Our Speed Play provides an opportunity to join the Half and Full Marathon training speed workouts on Thursdays at 6PM. If you only need speed training this is the BEST program to enhance your speed. These speed workouts are focused on individuals running between 10-35 miles per week.

Pace Pass: Our Pace Pass provides a unique opportunity for you to train with our Half and Full Marathon Training participants on Saturdays for long runs. We offer 15 different pace groups and offer up to four different mileage options each week. The distances begin at 5 or 8 miles on the first Saturday of each session and will gradually increase as you train towards regional events including: Rochester Regional Health Flower City Half Marathon, Rochester Marathon and the Winter Warrior Half Marathon.

Start date for all programs is: Thursday, October 10th 2019 @ Ridgeway (2522 Ridgeway Ave.) at 6PM.  Will end around 7:45PM.  This is a Kick off, time trial and an orientation for Half and Full Marathon, Speed Play and Pace Pass.  This kickoff is open to all participants in the various options so you can meet each other and do the time trial together to get a better understanding of what your pace should be during the weekly speed and/or pace runs.

Half and Full Marathon (13.1 Finish/Fast & 26.2 Finish/Fast) meets on
Thursdays at 6PM alternating between Ridgeway and the Armory and Saturdays at 7:30AM with rotating locations each week. Including Mendon Ponds Park, Charlotte (Ontario Beach Park), Durand Eastman Park and the two Fleet Feet locations.
Speed Play meets on Thursdays ONLY.
6-7pm alternating between Ridgeway and the Armory
Pace Pass meet on Saturdays ONLY.
7:30am with rotating locations each week. Including Mendon Ponds Park, Charlotte (Ontario Beach Park), Durand Eastman Park and the two Fleet Feet locations.

FEES for each program

Half and Full Marathon Program Fee: Early bird special pricing is $120.00 until 10/4/2019. Then on 10/5/2019 the fee increases to $130.00

Speed Play Program Fee: Early bird special pricing is $75.00 until 10/4/2019. Then on 10/5/2019 the fee increases to $80.00

Pace Pass Program Fees: Session II early bird special pricing is $55.00 until 10/4/2019. Then on 10/5/2019 the fee increases to $60.00

Refund Policy: No refunds after 10/17/2019 $20.00 administration fee deducted from original price paid.
