Group Workouts

RUN/WALK FREE GROUP TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Tuesdays - Group Hill/Speed/Tempo Workouts @ 6PM - This is an excellent opportunity to do put a hill/speed/tempo workout into your week. Meet at either Fleet Feet Sports (6PM)
At Brighton you'll do a group warmup to Cobb's Hill, followed by hill repeats/speed drills, then cool down back to the store. We do Hills from October - May and Speed from June - September. All paces welcome!
At Ridgeway you'll do a group warm up to Canal Ponds Park followed by a tempo distance of your choice then cool down back to the store. We do Tempo from October - May and Speed from June - September. All paces welcome!
Fridays - Happy Hour Run/Walk @ 6PM - A fun for all run/walk of about 2, 3 or 4 miles from either store. Pace 8 min mile to walking. Its an easy workout to give your body a break and enjoy the company.
Saturdays - Distance Run/Walks @ 8AM - Run Distances at both locations vary between 5 and 20 miles, depending on the week and proximity to local distance events. All distances and pace levels (7:30 milers to walking) welcome!
