RUN/WALK FREE GROUP TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Mondays - Monday Fun Day Run - Beat the Monday blahs with a fun group workout. Meet at Fleet Feet Sports Ridgeway. Choose between 3, 4 or 5 miles.
Tuesdays - Group Hill/Speed Workouts @ 6PM - This is an excellent opportunity to do put a hill (fall and winter)/speed (summer and spring) workout into your week. Meet at Fleet Feet Sports Brighton. The group will warm-up to Cobb's Hill, followed by hill repeats/speed drills, then cool down back to the store. We do Hills from October - May and Speed from June - September. All paces welcome.
Fridays - Happy Hour Runs @ 6PM - Start your weekend off with a 2 or 3 mile run through the neighborhood. Meet at Fleet Feet Sports Ridgeway.
Saturdays - Distance Run/Walks @ 8AM - Group distances workouts at Fleet Feet Sports Ridgeway and Fleet Feet Sports Armory (alternating each week). Weekly distance options are 5 and 8 miles.
