RUN/WALK FREE GROUP TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Tuesdays - Group Hill/Speed Workouts @ 6PM - This is an excellent opportunity to do put a hill (fall and winter)/speed (summer and spring) workout into your week. Meet at Fleet Feet Sports Brighton. The group will warm-up to Cobb's Hill, followed by hill repeats/speed drills, then cool down back to the store. We do Hills from October - May and Speed from June - September. All paces welcome.
Saturdays - Distance Run/Walks @ 8AM - Distances run at varying locations, ranging from 5 to 20 miles (depending on the week and proximity to local distance events). All pace levels (7:30 milers to walking) are welcome and there are pace leaders from 9:00/miles to 13:00/miles. See Calendar for locations.
