This interactive clinic will provide you with information and strategies on all-over maintenance to keep your muscles feeling--and performing--their best. We will demonstrate how to use Addaday and Trigger Point tools to relieve muscle soreness and improve running performance. Participants are introduced to light and deep tissue massage from foot to neck using the massage rollers. Different rolling techniques are explained to work out kinks in even the most difficult places. During the clinic, the chronically injured runner to healthy fitness enthusiast can demo each product with direct guidance and immediate feedback from our FIT Specialist.
The clinic is FREE, but space is limited.
