What is endurance bootcamp? No gimmicks, no equipment, no confusing or impossible moves, and no time to waste! Endurance Bootcamp takes what your body can give for 45 minutes of heart pumping, intense, fat burning fun! With short, all-out bursts of energy, your body will go from aerobic to anaerobic where real fat burning takes place well after you leave. This class is great for seasoned exercisers looking for a new challenge and for beginners looking for quick results. After your warm-up, our trainer, Maggie, will take you through a series of strength building moves with high intensity interval training to burn fat without losing hard earned muscle, a win-win, and a cool down focusing on flexibility to complement your workout. Bring a towel and water and get ready to sweat!
6 Week Commitment: Mondays 5:45PM - 6:30PM (10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14)
Cost: $55 through Oct 7th on Oct 8th the fee increases to $65.00
