Core Class

The Fall Session of Core Class begins Monday, January 2nd at 6:30PM Fleet Feet Sports @ The Armory and is offered:

Mondays at 6:30PM (January 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, February 6th)

Let Fleet Feet Sports help you train stronger with our Core Class. The "Core" is a series of muscle groups from the abdominal and back that control the spine and pelvis. The control of the spine and pelvis has a direct relation to the hips, knees and even the feet! Due to this relation the core muscles have a strong influence on how we walk, run and maintain proper posture.

The core is a vital muscle group that when strengthened properly can improve your movement, balance and posture from everyday activities to your favorite sport! This six week class will focus on the core muscles and improving their strength and flexibility. The 45 minute workout incorporates body weight exercises as well as static poses to help create a strong core. Be prepared for planks, crunches, pushups and anything and everything we can think of to get your core muscles engaged!

Commitment: Mondays 6:30PM - 7:15PM (1/2, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6)

Cost: $55 through December 30th on December 31st the fee increases to $65.00 

Please bring your own exercise mat.

Core Class is capped at 30 participants per class
