RunNRide (RnR): This unique 6 week indoor Brick Class, offered Tuesday nights, incorporates a new bike/run workout each week. Sometimes it’s a run/bike/run, or a bike/run/bike or a formula 1 style (bike/run/bike/run ….) or any iteration thereof. Each week Paceline Cycling Instructors will take you through a 75 minute workout where the biking is outdoors (indoors if inclement weather) on their Certified Spinning bikes or you can BYOBT (bring your own bike & trainer) and the running is outdoors. Be prepared to sweat and get an amazing cardio workout. Please bring towel and be ready to change into running shoes for the run portion. Spinning Bikes are SPD compatible. If the weather is completely unrunnable the class will become cycling only, but rarely do we not run.

No bike and trainer? No problem! If you don't have your own bike and trainer you can reserve a certified spin bike to use for class. Space is limited to the first 15 registrants.
