RunNRide (RnR): This unique 6 week indoor Brick Class, offered Tuesday nights, incorporates a new bike/run workout each week. Sometimes it’s a run/bike/run, or a bike/run/bike or a formula 1 style (run/bike/run/bike ….) or any iteration thereof. Each week Paceline Cycling Instructors will take you through a 75 minute workout where the biking is indoors on their Certified Spinning bikes or you can BYOBT (bring your own bike & trainer) and the running is outdoors. Be prepared to sweat and get an amazing cardio workout. Please bring towel and be ready to change into running shoes for the run portion. Spinning Bikes are SPD compatible. If the weather is completely unrunnable the class will become cycling only, but rarely do we not run.

Spin Express Class NEW*: Want to get a workout in but can't find the time? Spin Express is a new class led by Pace Line Cycling to give you an awesome cycling workout in just 45 minutes. With the nice weather approaching be prepared to get a sweaty workout done outside! All the fun of the classic RunNRide class without the running!
No bike and trainer? No problem! If you don't have your own bike and trainer you can reserve a certified spin bike to use for class. Space is limited to the first 15 registrants.
