Description: No Boundaries is a nationally awarded program that offers a proven approach to running that is safe and effective. By providing an encouraging, welcoming and safe environment, you can feel confident knowing this program is designed to help you reach your goals.
Mondays and Thursdays, 6pm
$50 for a six class bundle; $90 for a twelve class bundle
Challenge yourself with a 60 minute total body workout! This innovative workout blends running with strength training while using the great outdoors - no fancy gym equipment needed! We'll incorporate stairs, hills, benches - and who knows what else! If we can think it up, we'll do it!
