From professionally designed training programs and functional classes to fun, social runs, our training programs are so much more than just working out. From day one, you will be part of a running/walking community where our experienced coaches will work out with you and cheer you on. Program Start: Offered monthly on Sunday mornings
Program Fee: $10 per session. Pricing includes the hour long clinic and a $10 store voucher.
Description: This interactive workshop is brought to you by New Balance. The hands-on coaching teaches runners how to use their bodies, their legs and their foot-strike in the most efficient manner to create good running form.

Program Fee: Early bird registration fee $100 until June 23rd. On June 24th, the fee increases to $110.

Program Fee: $135.00 until Sunday, June 11th 2017 On Monday June 12th 2017, the fees increase to $145.00.

Program Fee: $50 for a six class bundle; $90 for a twelve class bundle
Description: Challenge yourself with a 60 minute total body workout! This innovative workout blends running with strength training while using the great outdoors - no fancy gym equipment needed! We'll incorporate stairs, hills, benches - and who knows what else! If we can think it up, we'll do it!
