Becoming a successful runner means cultivating good habits, and nothing ranks higher than developing a proper hydration strategy. Hydration is critical to meeting your goals while staying healthy and safe, especially as we head into the warmer months.
My personal favorite is the Nathan Trail Mix 2-Bottle Hydration Belt. I use this belt on every run. Having two bottles means I can carry water in one and Nuun in the other.
