Getting injured is no fun, but it unfortunately comes with the territory when you’re a runner. One of my go-to tools when it happens to me is KT Tape Pro (KT stands for Kinesiology Tape). I use it when I run or exercise because it helps support my knee and doesn’t leave sweat marks like a knee brace can. It’s also very versatile – apply KT Tape along muscles, ligaments or tendons and it will help you stay active even when in recovery. Another bonus: KT Tape is very lightweight and works to provide support without the constriction and bulk of wraps or braces. I recommend it because it lasts a long time and you can use it on any part of the body.
