Join us for a Urban FIT FREE trial workout on Thursday, March 28th. Workout starts at 6PM at Cobbs Hill Park, please park and meet in the parking area behind the basketball courts. Please note we leave promptly at 6PM to workout.
What the heck is Urban FIT?
Urban FIT is both an aerobic and anaerobic workout, mixing cardio and strength training. It is outdoors using what nature and our city gives us--no fancy gym equipment needed! Urban Fit is both challenging and fun.
Goals of Urban Fit:
1. To try something new and fun
2. To challenge yourself physically in a new way
3. To build total body strength to improve your running and health
What does Urban FIT entail?
During Urban FIT workouts we will be running a bit but the primary focus is on core strength-- it's a total body workout! We’ll incorporate stairs, hills, benches, and who knows what else! If we can think it up, we will do it!
Urban FIT Session 1 will be offered Mondays and Thursdays
April 1st,8th, 15th, 29th May: 6th, 13th
April 4th, 11th, 18th May: 2nd, 9th 16th
Any 6 sessions for $35
Any 12 sessions for $60
You can choose which class you want based on your schedule please note there will be no workouts the week of April 22nd, and locations will change each week. Please be sure to include a valid email address on your active.com or paper registration form.
