One of our most popular training programs is the No Boundaries Program, catering to those who want to run a 5K, 10K, or 12K. Following is an excerpt from a blog post written by one of the owners of Fleet Feet Sports, Ellen Brenner:
"It’s back to school back to training. Fall is here and in a few short weeks the Fleet Feet Sports No Boundaries Training Program resumes for the fall session! Many new runners and No Boundaries alumni will be taking on new challenges! Some will be taking their first steps towards a 5K race, others will be out to improve their 5K time.
