BRICK WORKOUT: The stacking of two disciplines during the same workout, one after the other with minimal to no interruption in between.
We are pleased to welcome Paceline Cycling to our Training Team! They will be taking you through a 75 minute workout on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons beginning January 17th. The class will meet in The Gallery next to Fleet Feet Sports @ The Armory.
Each week, you will go through some iteration of a brick workout, whether it be run/bike/run, bike/run/bike, run/bike/run/bike, etc. The biking is indoors on Certified Spinning bikes - or you can BYOBT (bring your own bike & trainer); the running is outdoors.
