Running Course Maps

Tuesdays - Meet at 6PM for Group Hill/Speed Workouts - This is an excellent opportunity to get a hill/speed workout in especially if you hate hills/speed or dislike hill/speed workouts. We'll meet at Fleet Feet Sports and do a group warmup to Cobb's Hill or Brighton Track, followed by Hill repeats or Speed Sessions based on experience level, then cool down back to the store. We do Hills from October - May and Speed from June - September. It is an absolute blast. Pace level anywhere from 6:30 milers to walkers.

Fridays - Meet at 6PM for Fleet Feet Happy Hour Run/Walk - A fun for all run/walk of about 3 or 4 miles from the store. Pace 8 min mile to walking. Its an easy workout to give your body a break. So even if you run 7's, it may be good for you to chill and enjoy the company.

Saturdays - Meet at 8AM for Distance Run/Walks

The runs are in alignment with the Distance Training Program, but you can do any variation. We meet at 8AM and this is your opportunity to run a long run with others. Pace level anywhere from 6:30 milers to walking.
