Let's face it, most runners will face an injury or two over their running careers. But those who strength train seem to have the fewest injuries and the longest running careers. Why is that? Pittsford Performance Care will be joining us on Nov. 2nd to discuss just that. In order to keep you healthy and running for as long as possible, they will discuss the importance of strength training and make recommendations for what types of strength workouts you should do as a runner.

He and his wife live in Victor with their five month old son, Eli, where they enjoy all the region has to offer.
