3 Workout Options with coaches/mentors/pace leaders: 7:30AM | 7:45AM | 8:00AM

A Free & Open to the Public Run/Walk where you can try our training program workouts while also getting "leftovers".  For a $10 suggested minimum donation to the Hope House Food Pantry join us for a group run with either our Half/Full Marathon Training & Pace Pass participants or No Boundaries and WalkFIT groups.  The coaches, pace leaders and mentors will be there to introduce you to these various groups.  In addition, with the $10 donation you can get a "leftover" 2017 race shirt and medal.  As a special bonus, the Culver Road Armory is hosting its annual Holiday Craft Fair and Bazaar in the gallery.

Various Workout Options:

  • 7:30AM with Half/Full Marathon, Pace Pass & Pacers - 11 or 15 miles
  • 7:45 AM with WalkFIT Intermediate or Beginners with Coaches & Mentors - 8 mile walk or 3 ish mile Interval Walk
  • 8:00AM with No Boundaries 5K, 2.0 or 3.0 with Coaches & Mentors - 8 mile run, 5 mile run or 3 - 4ish mile run/walk interval workout

The $10 suggested donation for the Hope House would be paid at the register in order to get the "Leftover" race tee and medal

Please arrive early to check in and park and ability to leave with the correct group.
