Stretching is a commonly overlooked yet vital part of our workout regimen. We all hear about the importance of stretching, but sometimes it's hard to make time for it. On the 19th, Regain Physical Therapy will be joining us to present on the importance and techniques of proper stretching. They will be demonstrating different dynamic stretches and helping you realize the difference that a quick stretch can make.
Presenting will be Ryan Shannon, PT:
Ryan has been trained extensively in the McKenzie Method and has a skilled background in manual physical therapy. Just like all of you, he is a runner and has completed 4 half marathons and countless 5Ks. His passion for the running world and close work with running patients to quickly get them back to running after an injury makes him want to share his knowledge with as many people as possible.
