June 24th & August 26th = 1K swim, 5K run

July 22nd = 2.5K run, 1K swim, 2.5K run

The course will always consist of a 1K loop in the water and two 2.5K run loops with 1/2 on the beach and 1/2 on the bike path. 

We've partnered with the City to bring all our summer fun to the water.

What do you get: A super cool mid week low key multisport race. Chip timing included along with post race food. After race cookout near the finish line. 

Registration: You can preregister on Active (see above link bars), at Fleet Feet Sports or at the race site of each event. We do encourage pre-registering though.  If you register for the series, you'll get a beach towel.

AMB Chip Timed Event - so don't forget to pick up your chip.

Awards: Awards will be awarded to full series participants based on the category you signed up for at the post race party on August 27th. Top M/F by Category and Top M/F by 10 Year Age Groups.

Directions: Take Rt 104 to Kings Hwy / Goodman St exit and take Kings Hwy north towards the lake.  Make a left onto Lakeshore Blvd and parking will be the second parking lot on your right.  All races will start and end here.
