Everything you loved about the Dirt Cheap Series now for the winter. Low price, crazy fun, great vibe, tons of value. You have the choice to use snowshoes or no snowshoes but either way you'll be on snow, mother nature permiting of course.

You can rent snowshoes for that evening for $5 on first come first serve basis

Distance(s): anywhere between 3-4 miles.  The races will be essentially 30-60 minutes in length.

The course will change week to week.

Since the race is at 6:30PM that means headlamps required. No headlamp, no race.

We've partnered with the City to bring all our summer fun to the winter. We'll have the beautiful and warm Riley Lodge for pre and post race and the great trails of Washington Grove to play in. Plenty of parking on either side of the lodge. Start and finish will be right across the street from the lodge.

What do you get: A super cool mid week low key trail race in winter fun. Chip timing included along with post race food. After race party at Riley Lodge.

If you register for the Series by Jan. 6th you'll get:

• 6 crazy races that will be a ton of fun
• Chip timing for all races by YellowJacket Racing
• Plenty of post race food (it's a Fleet Feet event you know there will be food)

• Overall and age group awards given out for series scoring after the last race.

Choose your category, snowshoe or no snowshoe. Once you sign up for the series and declare a category that is the category you'll be in for the entire series.

We run with or without snow. If by chance there is a state of emergency due to a storm we'll take that night off.

Other Pertinent Items:

•   If there isn't enough snow, it will be a trail race and no snowshoes. It is the participants responsibility to make sure they find out if its snowshoe or not
•   Don't follow the person in front of you - you can't guarantee they know where they are going, then poof your all of a sudden off course
•   Pay attention and heed all signs
•   Come with a sense of humor and have fun

Registration: You can preregister on Active (see above link bars), at Fleet Feet Sports or at the race site of each event. We do encourage pre-registering though. Consider registering for the Series too. - check out above discounts for registering for the series

AMB Chip Timed Event - so don't forget to pick up your chip.

Awards: Awards will be awarded to full series participants based on the category you signed up for at the post race party on March 3rd.  Top M/F by Category and Top M/F by 10 Year Age Groups.
