Start Time: 8:30AM for both events (this will be run in conjunction with the Autumn Classic Duathlon as part of the Rochester Autumn Classic Festival)

Join us for our weekly group long run.  There is always a 5 mile minimum, but you can run anywhere up to a 20 plus miler.  Walkers Welcome!  We will provide you the course that morning.  We run anywhere throughout Monroe County.  Join us - it's free.

at Stewart Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park

for the Hike for Haccamo 10K. 

A brand new event, with a fee just based on what you'd like to donate.  You'll get a cotton tee as well.

You can register at Fleet Feet on Friday, Oct. 10th (10-7PM) and Saturday, October 11th (9-5PM) or race day starting at 7:30AM.

Spend a great day in the park with the Hike for Haccamo 10K.

In honor of U of R's Meliora Weekend, they are hosting the Colonel Ogle 5K.  The fee is $15 and includes a t-shirt and continental breakfast.  Race will take place in Genesee Valley Park.  Shuttle Service is provided from the Inerfaith Chapel starting at 6:30AM.
