5K Course Description: (Map) The course has hills, but ends on a nice downhill onto the grass finish line.  The course meanders around the Cobbs Hill neighborhood, up the Reservoir, then back down towards Monroe Ave and Culver Rd.  There will be one water stops on course. The Start is on Norris Drive outside Riley Lodge.  The finish is on teh grass next to the softballs fields along Culver Rd.   The exact same finish will be used for the kids races. 

Kids Course Description: The kids races will be on teh grass by the softball fields and will be 1/4 mile loop.

Registration/Packet Pickup: Available at Fleet Feet Sports, 2210 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, 14618 on Thursday, October 30th and Friday, October 31st (10-7PM) or race day starting at 7:30AM at Riley Lodge.

Fees: $15 if Pre-registered by October 4th; $18 October 5th through 31st; $20 Day Of. The kids races are $10.  If Pre-register by October 22nd, the kids will receive a youth size cotton tee.

Includes: Brooks Technical Tops to 1st 170 preregistered, post race treats and chip timing for the 5K.  All kids that register for the kids races by Oct. 22nd will receive a cotton youth tee.

The 5K is AMB Chip Timed Events. The kids races are self timed.

5K Awards: Top Male and Female plus Age Group Awards to first in Male and Female 5 year age groups: 19 under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-65, 65-69, 70 Up

Directions to Park:

From East - Take 490 west to the Culver Rd.  Turn left onto Culver.  Turn left at Norris Dr at Cobbs Hill.

From West - Take 490 east to the Culver Rd. Turn right onto Culver Rd. Turn left at Norris Dr at Cobbs Hill.
