This race was created as an inexpensive event for family and friends to thank our customers for your support.  For just $10 you get a race, a beer mug(first 400), post race food, kids races, fun and more....

12K (USATF Certified) = 7.5ish Miles

5K (part road/part trail)

Kids Races:  1 Mile     1/2 Mile       1/4 Mile

12K Course Description: (Map above) The course is hilly and a great tune up for a full marathon or 1/2 marathon. Three Water Stops on course with water. The Start is on Douglas Road (just south of the dirt rd to Stewart Lodge) and the Finish is on the dirt road next to Stewart Lodge.  The exact same finish as for Spring Forward Distance Run.

5K Course Description: PDF Map of Course. This course is part road and part trail.  There will be hills, but there will be flats too.  The finish line is the same as for the 12K.

Kids Races:  The kids races will be on the grass near Stewart Lodge.

Registration/Packet Pickup: Available at Fleet Feet Sports, 2210 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, 14618 on Thursday, September 2nd or Friday, September 3rd (10-7) or race day starting at 7:30AM.

Fees: $10 if Pre-registered by September 3rd; $20 Day Of.  The kids races are free if pre-registered.

Includes: AMB chip times, plenty of post-race food and beer mugs to the first 400 registrants.

12K Awards:  Top Male and Female plus Age Group Awards to first in Male and Female 5 year age groups: 19 under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 UP

5K Awards: Top Male and Female plus Age Group Awards to first in Male and Female 5 year age groups: 12 under, 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 UP

Kids Races Awards:  Finisher Ribbons

Directions to Park:  Take Clover to the Canfield Rd Exit of the Park.  If from North - turn left into park, If from South - turn right into park.  Turn right onto Douglas Rd.  Turn right into Beach Lot Entrance.
