Course Description: This USAT Certified 5 Mile course begins near Whitney and O'Connor Rd taking you right onto Turk Hill Rd then left up Cobbs Lane next to the Erie Canal. Turning around on Cobb's Lane then left back onto Turk Hill Rd, followed by a right onto 31F taking you over the hustle and bustle of the crowd at 250 and 31F, over the Erie Canal and right up the little incline on O'Connor Rd towards Perinton Park.

Registration/Packet Pickup: Available at Fleet Feet Sports, 2210 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, 14618 on Tuesday, July 1st, Wednesday, July 2nd and Thursday, July 3rd from 10-7PM or race morning at the race site Forman BOCES Building on O'Connor Rd). Keep in mind first 500 get a technical top, so register early. Chips will be picked up race morning at the BOCES Building on O'Connor/Baird Rd.

Top 3 in following Age Groups: 14 under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and up.

Directions to Park: Take Route 31F to O'Connor Road. Turn onto O'Connor Rd over train tracks. BOCES Building is on the left hand side for registration.
