Barb Boutillier General Manager

Barb came to Fleet Feet Sports Rochester with 12 years experience working for Gap Inc.  As the Center Manager, she managed 3 stores with over 100 employees each. Barb now leads the staff of Fleet Feet Sports with a fun, enthusiastic energy. While her schedule is packed--making sure both Fleet Feet Sports Rochester locations are running smoothly and taking amazing race photos at Fleet Feet Sports/YellowJacket Racing events--Barb still finds time to enjoy hiking, biking, snowshoeing, interior design, photography, and hanging out with friends and family.

Suzanne Macaulay Store Manager, The Armory


Suzanne hails from Long Island but she, her husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs are happy to call Rochester home! She holds a BA in English from Molloy College and an MS in Library Science from Long Island University-Post. This past year Suzanne entered the world of ultra running. In May she participated in a 12-hour event where she completed 58.696 miles and finished in the top 10, and this summer she completed the Beast of Burden 50 Mile finishing 3rd among females and 7th overall. When she's not at Fleet Feet Sports, Suzanne can be found with her Girl Scout troop or coaching girls youth lacrosse.

Jacob McManus
Assistant Manager; Staff Development Coordinator; Good Form Running Clinician


Jake is a graduate of Greece Arcadia High School where he was Captain of the Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track & Field teams. He is currently a student at SUNY Brockport, majoring in Kinesiology. Jake is previous recipient of an Fleet Feet Sports, Inc academic scholarship. This past April Jake ran his first Ultra, logging 31.83 miles at the BPAC 6 Hour Distance Classic, and then completed 54.648 miles at the Mind the Ducks 12 Hour less than one month later!

Ryan Ansbro Assistant Manager, Ridgeway



Ryan recently graduated from Roberts Wesleyan with a degree in Physical Education. Originally from the Catskills Mountains, Ryan is an avid trail runner but has added "CrossFit Competitor" to his athletic resume. In addition to working at Fleet Feet Sports, Ryan is a Childcare Director for the YMCA of Greater Rochester. Ryan also enjoys traveling; his favorite destination is Seattle.

Jenna Rudnitsky FIT Staff

Jenna, a former soccer player, enjoys running with her dog. She completed her first Half Marathon in 2010 and is currently training for her first full marathon! She loves to travel, learn about other cultures, and the great outdoors including hiking, canoeing, and both downhill and cross country skiing. Jenna, who is full of energy and greets all of our customers with a warm, welcoming smile, is known as our resident Sweaty Band expert!

Mike Heymann FIT Staff

Mike brings an extremely impressive running resume to Fleet Feet Sports and he loves sharing his knowledge with the Rochester running community. Mike earned his Bachelors of Science in Childhood Education from SUNY Plattsburgh where he competed all four years on the school's Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Mike is currently enrolled at Nazareth College where he is working toward his Masters of Science in TESOL. In his spare time, Mike enjoys reading, golf, hiking, kayaking, and cross-country skiing.

Tiina Kriisa-Leo FIT Staff

Although Tiina retired after teaching for 34 years, she just can't sit still! She coaches swimming, works at Seabreeze Amusement Park, and has now added "FIT Specialist" to her resume! Tiina has completed 20 sprint triathlons, winning her age group an impressive 6 times, and there is more racing to come! When Tiina isn't swimming, biking, and running, she enjoys walking on the beach, skiing, reading, and solving Sudoku puzzles. Her one Pet Peeve: People who pronounce "Illinois" incorrectly (Go, Fighting Illini!).

Kevin McGuire
FIT Staff

Kevin worked full-time as an Army Civilian and Army Reserve Solider for 25 years and is currently the First Sergeant and a saxophone player with the 198th Army Band here in Rochester. After completing a few 5Ks, Kevin participated in our NoBoundaries 2.0 program in February 2011 and has been part of the Fleet Feet Sports family ever since! After graduating from NoBo, Kevin has added several 10Ks and Half Marathons and 2 full Marathons to his running resume. A Buffalo native, Kevin is married with 6 children and 6 grandchildren.

Dominique Estratti
FIT Staff


Dominique holds and Associate Degree in Tourism Management from Finger Lakes Community College and, in addition to her role at Fleet Feet Sports, she is currently interning for an event planning company in Rochester. Dominique is a former soccer and lacrosse player who now enjoys running. She completed the Tower of Terror 10 Miler in Disney and is training for the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon.

Mark Andrews Receiving & Inventory Manager 

Mark, originally from Canisteo, New York, has been a fixture in the Rochester running community for many years now. He was a 2-time Olympic Trials Marathon Qualifier, the 1995 Philadelphia Marathon Champion, and the 2011 USATF Half Marathon Masters Champion. Extremely hard-working and talented, Mark was twice crowned Rochester Runner of the Year. When he isn't tearing up the roads, Mark enjoys hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range.

Kim Smith Brand Manager 

Kim, originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have 2 children and a very lively dog! Kim was the Creative Director at Screenvision Direct, and then moved to the YMCA where she developed and directed the YMCA Kids Marathon, a very popular summer running program. Kim went from "non-runner to marathoner" in only 6 months, a somewhat non-traditional training program, and en route to conquering 26.2 miles, Kim completed her first 5K and 10K as well!

Kate Brett Training Program Coordinator 


Kate graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Business Marketing degree. While attending Fredonia she ran all 4 seasons of Indoor & Outdoor Track and 3 seasons of Cross Country. She is a Webster Schroeder High School alumni, where she participated in Swimming & Diving and Indoor & Outdoor Track. Kate has a passion for hurdling and her favorite event to race is the 400 hurdles. She loves meeting and encouraging all of our Training Program participants! In her free time, Kate enjoys hiking and yoga.

Katie "Nibs" Niebuhr Training Program Coordinator

Originally from Saratoga Springs, Katie graduated from Miami University of Ohio with an MS in Kinesiology & Health. During her graduate studies Katie discovered distance running and trained for her first half marathon--but she still holds a special place in her heart for Long and Triple Jump, which she participated in and coached through high school and college. In her spare time Katie loves to bake yummy treats!

Kevin Brown Street Team

Kevin is the inaugural member of our Street Team and he will epresents Fleet Feet Sports at races, workouts, and community events all over Rochester! Kevin is a student at Roberts Wesleyan where he is captain of the Cross Country Team. When he isn't running over hill and dale, Kevin enjoys biking, volunteering, and singing. His favorite place to run is Long Point State Park. Kevin holds the distinction of having the only split-screen bio picture.

Ben Rand Street Team

Ben joined the Street Team this past winter as a labor of love, having trained for and completed his first Half Marathon with the help, advice, and encouragement of the Fleet Feet Sports community. You'll see Ben in our stores, representing us at races, workouts, and special events in the community, and running with the "Lost Flock" (more formally known as our 10:30 pace group). A proud alum of Syracuse University and former journalist, Ben lives in Irondequoit with his wife and two children.
