Want to Be a marathoner, half marathoner or better marathoner
Join Distance Training Program - a 16 week training program towards a Fall Half or Full Marathon such as the Preferred Care Rochester Marathon. Registration Forms and Info Session dates can be found here. The program begins at the end of May and gets you ready for your big long distance journey. Program includes coaching, workshops, plus an entry into a prepatory event.

- Thursday, May 8th (10-7PM) & Friday, May 9th (10-3PM) for Run for Young 5K
- Thursday, May 15th & Friday, May 16th from 10-7PM for Rochester Spring Classic Duathlon - please bring photo id and/or USAT Card to the duathlon packet pickup. We will not be able to give you your packets without it.
